Please Read
- All shipments within the UK will be delivered by Royal Mail with tracking, except in special circumstances such as strikes or availability issues
- For international shipments, we rely on courier availability and other factors, such as the courier's willingness to handle ceramics or art pieces.
- Shipping for high-value orders will be determined on an individual basis, considering availability and other factors such as the courier's policies regarding ceramics, high-value items, or art pieces.
- Please note: All shipping costs are standardised and set by Shopify. However, due to the weight and value of our ceramic pieces, the shipping costs typically do not fully cover the actual charges imposed by the courier. Rest assured, we will cover the difference unless otherwise stated
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees that may apply
- We cannot undervalue the items or mark them as gifts for customs purposes. It is important to adhere to customs regulations and accurately declare the value of the items for international shipment and to avoid complications
- Items are eligible for a refund only if they are damaged during transit. If you encounter such an issue, please notify us promptly and provide photos as evidence. In some cases, we may request the damaged piece to be returned before issuing a refund. Customers will be responsible for covering the shipping costs in such instances
- In the event of damage during transit, we can also create a replacement piece. However, please note that each piece is unique, and the replacement may differ significantly from the original due to the handmade nature of our items
- If you would like to preview the piece(s) through a video or video call before making a purchase, please contact us to discuss the details
- Please note that all sales are final, and we cannot offer refunds for changes of mind or items no longer desired
- We recommend wiping the pieces with a damp towel or hand washing them as needed
- All our items are meticulously hand-built using coiling or slab techniques. The intentionally uneven, imperfect, or even wonky shapes are part of their charm
- Each piece is one of a kind, and no two are alike. They require considerable time to create, paint, glaze, and are fired at least twice, particularly the larger and more intricate pieces
- For wholesale opportunities, please get in touch with us to discuss the possibilities
- In order to have a smoother and quicker shipment, please provide valid postal address in English, email address and telephone number with country code when purchasing the products/artworks
- If you see some item you are interested from Instagram but it is not on the webstore, please feel free to email or DM us
Thank you all for your continued support and understanding. It is our sincere hope that our art pieces bring joy to your lives.
